- New windows, doors, ceilings and balcony; ceilings in mulberry made by one of the best carpenters in Lanzarote.
- Original pine ceilings.
- Upper storey teak floor boards 20mm, 90/140/180mm wide by 1,400m long.
- Telephone lines installed.
- Mechanised handicap access.
- Fire extinguishing system with independent compressor.
- Separate electrical metres in each local.
- Separate metre in common area.
- Independent direct hook up to Unelco transformer.
